3). LIGHT and SALT will draft all details inside a Letter of Intent (LOI) for Parent’s review and alignment.

4). LIGHT and SALT will prepare Tenancy Agreement (TA) arrange security deposit (SD) upon admission and student pass issuance

5). LIGHT and SALT will pick up your kid from the airport and check them into the condo, also will take your kid to the college to report to the admission office.

6). LIGHT and SALT will help close any gaps in languages like English or Mandarin Chinese

7.) LIGHT and SALT will invite your kids to participate in regular community events if wanted.
